The Brotherhood of the Seven was founded by Judge Einbrier, and prominent elven citizen of Magnimar. The Brotherhood consisted of wealth and influencial citizens of Magnimar. They have uses various strategies to help develop Magnimar and to retain control of the city for themselves. They are a semi-secret organization.
